Meet The Founder

I am the proud owner of Restore Hair Care, Salon Seven, and The CEU Academy (formerly Salon Seven Training Academy). As a Licensed Master Cosmetologist, Licensed Cosmetology Instructor, Certified Hair Loss Practitioner, and Certified Associate Trichologist, I bring over 30 years of experience in the hair care and beauty industry.

In 1997, I graduated magna cum laude with a BA in Human Resources from Morris Brown College and became a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority. After working over a decade as a Human Resources Manager in corporate America, I realized my true calling was in entrepreneurship with a deep passion for hair care.

While managing HR responsibilities by day, I pursued my cosmetology license at Chattahoochee Technical College by night, earning my license in 2000. This fueled my vision to open Salon Seven in 2002, a salon dedicated to professional and healthy hair care services.

Known as a Healthy Hair Care Advocate, my passion for education led me to earn my Cosmetology Instructor license from Empire Beauty School in 2011. I spent three years teaching in the classroom, which inspired the launch of Salon Seven Training Academy in 2014, aimed at providing hands-on and online continuing education for beauty professionals.

In 2018, Salon Seven Training Academy became a Board-Approved Continuing Education Provider for the Georgia State Board of Cosmetology and Barbers. Driven by a desire to understand the complexities of hair loss, I furthered my education at the US Trichology Institute, becoming a Certified Hair Loss Practitioner in 2019 and a Certified Associate Trichologist in 2020.

During the global pandemic of 2020, I leveraged the lockdown period to launch Restore Hair Care, a product line designed to promote and maintain healthy hair and scalp, incorporating clinically proven nutrients and vitamins.
