Our Story...

First and foremost, GOD IS FAITHFUL! (You know I’m a #GodsGirl, so I have to start with praise and gratitude.)

As I reflect on the growth of Restore Hair Care, I feel compelled to share our journey, from humble beginnings to where we are today in hopes of inspiring others with a dream, product, or vision to take that leap of faith. It doesn’t matter how saturated the market is or how daunting it may seem. PRAY, TRUST, BELIEVE, and START!

Never in my wildest dreams did I think I would be running my own hair care line. For years, I was often asked, “Have you ever thought about making your own hair products?” My answer was always a firm, “NO". But God had a different plan.

About four years ago, I wore my hair in braids for two years. They were convenient and low-maintenance, but eventually, my edges started thinning. As a Healthy Hair Care Advocate, I wasn’t having it. I cut off all my hair and began my own regimen to regrow my edges. While my edges grew back, they weren’t as thick as before, prompting me to experiment with liquid vitamins, herbal ingredients, and organic products. This led to the creation of a serum—truly a blessing from God! After seeing amazing results on my own hair, I started using it on my clients, who also experienced remarkable improvements in hair growth, reduced damage, and better scalp health.

My clients loved the serum, which became Salon Seven's best-kept secret. However, I was reluctant to sell it and only used it in the salon. Then, 2020 happened! The COVID-19 pandemic shut everything down, including Salon Seven. With clients unable to visit, they began asking for at-home hair care solutions. One of my loyal clients, June Zachery, specifically requested the “Salon Serum.” I bottled it for her, and she encouraged me to start selling it.

As I prepared her order, the word “RESTORE” came to me clearly. Initially, I ignored it, thinking it was just a one-time thing. But the word kept appearing everywhere, prompting me to fast and pray for clarity. Meanwhile, I began receiving more requests for the serum, shipping bottles to clients and family without a name or label.

During the lockdown, I enrolled at the US Trichology Institute to deepen my understanding of hair loss and scalp disorders. With my gained knowledge, I hired a chemist to test and finalize the serum formula. And so, Restore Hair Care was born.

Starting Restore Hair Care was a challenging journey, filled with trials, errors, and financial losses. But by God’s grace and the support of our amazing customers, we persevered. Since October 2021, we’ve gone through multiple challenges; logos, labels, bottles, websites, trademarks, and manufacturers. Today, we have a thriving business with a loyal customer base, affiliates, and private label clients.

We are deeply grateful for your continued support. Our #1 goal remains the health of your hair. We don’t know where God will take Restore Hair Care, but we are excited for the journey ahead.
